Kauvery Hospital, Vadapalani

Kauvery Hospital Vadapalani is the group's quaternary-care facility on Arcot Road, Chennai. Opened in 2024, the hospital was developed to provide advanced treatment for complex medical and surgical conditions, with nine Centres of Excellence introduced alongside the facility. It has more than 250 beds, a 75-bed critical-care unit, a dedicated transplant ICU and six modular operation theatres.

Cancer care is one of the hospital's listed specialties, alongside cardiology, liver diseases and transplantation, neurology, gastroenterology, nephrology, orthopaedics, spine surgery and other major disciplines. Its multidisciplinary structure can be useful for patients whose cancer treatment requires surgery, medical oncology, supportive care or evaluation by other specialists.

The hospital also provides heart and lung transplantation and liver-related transplant services, making it a centre for complex tertiary and quaternary medical care.
