A New Flagship for Advanced Healthcare in West Hyderabad

KIMS Hospitals Kondapur (New Facility) is being positioned by KIMS as its new flagship hospital for Hyderabad. The facility has been developed to significantly expand quaternary and super-specialty healthcare capacity in the rapidly growing Kondapur–HITEC City–Gachibowli region.

KIMS management has described the new hospital as an approximately 800-bed facility, with advanced capabilities particularly planned in areas such as oncology, neurology, neurosurgery, transplantation and other complex specialties. The initial phase is being commissioned with approximately 400–500 beds, allowing the hospital to progressively expand capacity according to patient demand.

The facility is located at #1-112/11, Raghavendra Colony, Kondapur, which is distinct from the older KIMS Kondapur address at #1-112/86.

Strategic location: The hospital serves the rapidly developing western Hyderabad healthcare corridor, including Kondapur, HITEC City, Gachibowli, Madhapur and the Financial District.
